Yoga – Mixed Levels

Yoga is suitable for all people of all ages and levels of fitness. The class includes a short setting in, a warm up, practicing individual yoga poses and linking some poses together to create a gentle flow movement, which supports building up flexibility and strength of the body. The class finishes with a relaxation.

Our lessons run on a termly basis on weekday evenings or weekends.
