New classes added to the Fitness timetable

Chesterton Sports Centre are now offering an extra Studio Cycling on a Tuesday from 7pm – 7.50pm. Therefore, 7pm Pilates is now moving from the Dance Studio to the Gymnasium and as a result of this we will now be able to increase class capacity to 30 participants.

Furthermore, we are now offering a new class called High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). HIIT is a workout style comprised of short work periods followed by short rest periods. Mixing cardio and strength training at a high intensity gives you the ultimate full-body workout.

Next Free Class: Wednesday 9th September – High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) – 12.30pm – 1.00pm.
