I have been working in the health and fitness industry since 2008 and in that time I have been fortunate enough to train a wide range of individuals with various abilities, from those getting into fitness for the first time to those who required sports specific training for international competition.

I have a very personal approach when it comes to training people, and understanding you and your needs is key to providing you with the most appropriate advice and programmes to help you achieve your goals and promote healthy living.

I also have a competitive background in swimming and have worked with the GB Transplant Swimming Team, so whether you’re training with me in the gym or in the swimming pool I aim for you to see results, train hard but at the same time enjoy coming to every session!
